About our gutter cleaning

A packed gutter is heavy. Wet leaves and shingle grit add weight until the hangers let go, and in a NEPA winter that same debris holds water that freezes into an ice dam on the edge of your roof. Cleaning is the cheapest maintenance you can buy on a house.

We hand-clean the gutters and downspouts rather than blowing debris across your roof and yard, then run water through the entire system to confirm it actually drains. Everything we pull out leaves with us.

You get photos of anything we find up there — a loose hanger, a cracked boot, a lifting shingle — before it becomes a repair bill.
