About our roof repair
Most roof leaks are not the shingles. They're a failed pipe boot, a lifted step flashing along a wall, a chimney counterflashing that was never cut into the mortar, or a nail that backed out and found daylight. Finding it is the job; the repair is often straightforward once you do.
We trace the leak from inside and out — attic staining, the path water actually takes, and the roof detail above it — instead of replacing shingles near the drip and hoping.
If the roof genuinely has years left, we repair it and tell you roughly how long you've got. If it doesn't, we'll say that too and quote both.
